Stephen A. Roach, Esq.

Mr. Roach is a founding member and the manager of Roach, Ioannidis & Megaloudis, LLC and concentrates his practice in Civil Litigation. He is an experienced trial attorney who practiced for many years in the litigation department of another leading law firm before founding Roach & Wise, LLP in 1994, which is now succeeded by Roach, Ioannidis & Megaloudis, LLC. Mr. Roach has represented clients in all of the federal and state courts in Massachusetts, as well as in other New England States.

Mr. Roach is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston College and a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School. At Suffolk, Mr. Roach was awarded the Seymour Schneider Prize, and was an editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. Mr. Roach is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, as well as the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1983 and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar. He is a former Chair of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Insurance Committee, a former Instructor at Suffolk University Law School, and is presently a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
